Fees

At VISIBILITY, our objective is to become trusted advisors to both our clients and candidates. In part, we are able to achieve this goal by establishing a transparent working relationship beginning with our fee structure.

We are pleased to offer our services based on the following fee schedule:

• Staff Augmentation Services - 20% Gross Margin*
• Direct Recruitment Strategic Sourcing Services - $4,150 per position

Guarantee
We guarantee our fees. Should we ever charge any client less than the amounts stated on our fee schedule, we will reduce the billings for all current clients to the lowest rate provided.

 

* For those more familiar with mark-up pricing, this equates to a 44% and 29% mark-up for employee consultants and independent consultants, respectively.
